Package Expiration & Renewal

Forfeiture of Credits Upon Expiry
- Un-utilised Balance Credits will be forfeited on the expiration date.

Refund Policy
- Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase (with an administrative charge).
- If the refund is requested after 24 hours, only up to 50% of the remaining credits may be refunded at the company’s discretion.
