Terms of Services

We aim to serve you and your paw friends to the best of our abilities, but we believe that we should lay out some points for the benefit of our mutual understanding, and to safeguard both our interests.

By engaging in our pet grooming service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Masmasgroomers will not be responsible for any conditions or issues discovered during the grooming process.
• The pet owner must be responsible to notify if their pet has a history of being aggressive.
• The pet owner must understand that in dealing with more aggressive pets, a muzzle may be used to prevent injuries on the groomer.
• In any case where your pet injures the groomer with a aggressive bite, the pet owner agree to take full responsibility and will be held liable for the medical expense of the groomer. The client also understands that all bites will be reported to the local authorities as required by law.
• Masmasgroomers reserve the right to reject or discontinue the service under reasonable circumstances and the client has agree to pay the full charges.
• Although we respect the kind of style you would want for your pet, Masmasgroomers reserves the right to change the style if heavy matting is observed as it may be too stressful or painful for the pet. A shave down may be required but Masmasgroomers will inform you beforehand.
• Masmasgroomers will not be liable for any bad skin conditions (such as bruising, fungal infection, scabbing, parasite infestations etc) under the pet’s hair as it would be impossible for a groomer to know the skin condition before starting the grooming process. The client is obliged to inform the groomer if they know of any skin conditions/ allergies that the pet may have.
• The client understand that matted pet(s) are at a greater risk of injury during the grooming process and will not hold Masmasgroomers liable.
• The client agrees to not hold the Masmasgroomers accountable for any reactions that their pet(s) may have during or after the grooming process as the process could be too stressful for the pets both physically and mentally and could result in illnesses, seizures, or even death of their pet.
• The client is responsible for notifying if there is any parasite infections (fleas/ticks etc) to Masmasgroomers to ensure that other pets at Masmasgroomers will not get infected. Masmasgroomers also reserves the right to reject any pet with parasite infection.
• If any underlying condition is found, the client agrees to pay additional charges for the additional services of Masmasgroomers.
